Lesson 12

In this lesson, children learn how to divide decimal numbers by 10, 100 and 1,000.  They will continue to use place value charts and counters to support.  The importance of using zero as a place holder is also shown.  There is a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions.
