In this lesson, children build on their previous learning of using short division to divide 4-digits by 1-digit. They will now divide up to 4-digits by 2-digits and apply this in a variety of contexts. They will apply their understanding of remainders. There is a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions.
